Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must fulfill the following criteria:
- item is damaged, defective or an incorrect item was received
OR (for non-damaged/defective or incorrect items):
- be sealed (we do not accept returns for non-faulty items that were not originally sealed)
- be in the same condition that you received it
- be unused in any way and in its original packaging
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return - and a receipt or proof of purchase is always required.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@spectrumcityshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will then issue a replacement - if a replacement is not possible, then a refund or store credit can be issued.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on second-hand items, items that were not originally sealed, sale items, gift cards or on sealed, non-faulty new items that have since been opened .
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note the following:
- shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable - only the product price will be refunded
- If un-tracked shipping is selected for an order, it will not be possible to obtain a refund for any items lost in transit.
